What are your rates?
Please click here, enter your dates, and click 'Check Availability' to see our rates. BOOK DIRECT and SAVE! When you book direct here with us, you avoid cleaning and parking fees that come with all 3rd party sites like booking.com, expedia.com & vrbo.com.
When is check-in and check-OUt times?
Check-In begins at 4PM daily. Check-Out is at 11AM. We do offer Early Check-Ins at 1PM or Late Check-Outs at 2PM for a fee of $30 if you are interested in extending your stay. These can be selected when booking here or by calling/emailing the inn.
HOW MANY PERSONS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED IN EACH STUDIO?
We have a maximum capacity of 2 persons only in our Queen Studios, and 3 persons in our Deluxe King Studios.
ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?
Yes, our King Garden Level Studios are pet friendly. If traveling with a pet, select ‘Traveling With A Pet" at check-out when booking either of these rooms.
DO YOU HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
Each guest studio has central air conditioning and heating.
DO YOU OFFER DAILY HOUSEKEEPING?
All of our apartments are considered “housekeeping units.” That term denotes that daily housekeeping is not provided. Your room is fully equipped with a washer/dryer unit as well as any housekeeping supplies. If ever you need additional amenities – such as shampoo – during your stay, simply contact your personal concierge.
DO YOU OFFER PARKING?
We can accommodate one vehicle with each reservation. Parking is FREE when you book directly through our website. Otherwise, parking is $25/night for all reservations booked through third party channels (such as booking.com & expedia.com).
ARE YOU LOCATED ON THE WATER?
We are located about 100 yards from the waterfront, but are not directly on it.
HOW CLOSE IS THE NEAREST BEACH?
The quiet, less traveled northern beach of Great Island Common park is a 3 minute walk from the inn. Take Walbach St. to the end of Ocean Road.
What is your deposit policy
VIA our website: 50% of stay is required at booking.
All other booking channels: 100% of stay in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
VIA our website: Full refund of deposit (less $50 fee) with 14+ days' notice prior to arrival. 50% refund of deposit within 7+ days' notice prior to arrival. Cancellations of less than 7 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.
All other booking channels: Entire stay is due at booking and is fully non-refundable. No exceptions.
Do you offer monthLy rentals?
Yes, we do offer monthly rentals November-April. Please email for rates.
